PRINCETON —
A Princeton teen reported missing this weekend has been located “safe and sound,” according to family members.
Sarah Fleming, 16, reportedly left her Mt. Horeb Road Home Saturday, Feb. 11, between 6 and 7 p.m. Her family reported her missing to West Virginia State Police investigators soon thereafter.
Immediately, Fleming’s mother, Pam Fleming-Richards, began posting regular updates and prayer requests on her Facebook.com page, and soon, word of Fleming’s disappearance spread.
The homeschooled teen was located late Tuesday afternoon, and Fleming-Richards posted, “We found Sarah!!!! She is safe and sound in New Hampshire. We’ll be bringing her home in the next couple days. Thanks to everyone! God does answer prayers and may he bless everyone that helped us. You guys are great!!!”
West Virginia State Police officers who headed Fleming’s case were not available for comment Wednesday.
When contacted by the Times, Fleming-Richards did not elaborate but said simply, “You can tell everyone that she is safe and sound.”
