Mercer County Grand Jury indicts 75, including one murder charge

PRINCETON — The Mercer County Grand Jury convened this week and released indictments Thursday, June 14, involving the following individuals. The defendants are listed with their ages, hometowns and charges.

• Barbara Anderson, 44, of Princeton, obtaining possession of a Schedule III controlled substance, hydrocodone, by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception or subterfuge.

• Jessica Marie Barela, 32, of Bluefield, obtaining welfare assistance by false statements.

• Lisa Ann Bargo, 42, of Pounding Mill, Va., obtaining goods by false pretense; making or issuing a worthless check on a pre-existing debt.

• Kelli Sue Barker, 22, of Princeton, delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance, oxymorphone.

• Timothy Randall Bell, 53, of Princeton, unauthorized use of an access device.

• Matthew Jason Belcher, 30, of Princeton, fraudulent use of counterfeit or unauthorized access device.

• Tony James Bennett, 54, of Beckley, fleeing from law enforcement officer in a vehicle with reckless indifference to safety of others; fleeing from law enforcement officer by means other than vehicle; possession with intent to deliver Schedule I and Schedule II controlled substances, marijuana and oxycodone.
