PRINCETON —
The Princeton Times ran a subscription contest for its carriers that featured a prize of a Honda Sport 50, C-110 dirt bike. The special high-compression racing bike featured hand-operated clutch and ram injection carburetion for faster acceleration. Customers sending the subscription coupon in were asked to state the name of the boy or girl they would like to receive credit for the subscription.
The special holiday rate subscription to the Princeton Times in 1967 was $3; a $1.50 off the regular subscription price.
