PRINCETON — The menu for the Mercer County Schools for Jan. 28-Feb. 1 includes the following lineup. Cost for adult breakfast is $2.85; adult lunch is $3.75. Student breakfast and lunch is offered at no charge; milk only or extra milk costs 25 cents.

• Jan. 28 - Cafeteria breakfast: blueberry bagel w/strawberry cream cheese or cold cereal and yogurt, juice, fresh fruit, milk. Breakfast in the classroom: wheat bagel w/cream cheese, applesauce, fresh fruit, milk. Lunch: pepperoni pizza, crunchy iceburg salad, mixed vegetables, fresh fruit, fruit in juice, milk.

• Jan. 29 - Cafeteria breakfast: bacon, egg and cheese breakfast pizza or hot oatmeal and yogurt, juice, fresh fruit, milk. Breakfast in the classroom: blueberry muffin, strawberry Gogurt®, fresh fruit, milk. Lunch: steak and cheese sub, slice tomatoes and lettuce, sweet potato puffs, broccoli, fresh fruit, juice, milk.

• Jan. 30 - Cafeteria breakfast: egg and cheese wrap or cold cereal and toast, fresh fruit, juice, milk. Breakfast in the classroom: egg and cheese wrap, fresh fruit, milk. Lunch: beef lasagna, Ceasar salad, steamed carrots, whole grain breadstick, fresh fruit, fruit in juice, milk.

• Jan. 31 - Cafeteria breakfast: cherry strudel or cold cereal and cheddar cheese stick, fresh fruit, juice, milk. Breakfast in the classroom: cherry strudel and cheddar cheese stick, fresh fruit, milk. Lunch: chicken fajitas, whole grain tortilla, pinto beans, mixed vegetables, fruit in juice, fresh fruit, milk.

• Feb. 1 - Cafeteria breakfast: breakfast bagle w/Canadian bacon and egg or cold cereal and muffin, fresh fruit, milk. Breakfast in the classroom: breakfast hot pocket, applesauce, fresh fruit, milk. Lunch: meatloaf, mashed potatoes, California blend vegetables, wheat roll, grape tomatoes and raw brocolli w/ranch dip, fresh fruit, fruit in juice, milk.
