PRINCETON —
The Mercer County Title I Professional Development will hold two sessions of its “Second Saturday Series” in January. On Jan. 12, the MCTEC Seminar Center will host “Engaging Our Students for WESTEST Success” for grades 3-6 from 9-11 a.m. and “DIBELS Next” for grades K-2 from noon-2 p.m.
Also on Jan. 12, Mercer Intermediate (Mary Alice Kaufman Center) will host “Higher Order Questioning Techniques” for grades K-2 from 9-11 a.m.; and “Higher Order Questioning Techniques” for grades 4-5 from noon-2 p.m.
Each session will accommodate 40 participants. There will be a $50 stipend for two hour session. Registration is required. Go to http://boe.merc.k12.wv.us for more information and to register for the sessions.
